• bossing

  it's a beautiful sunday morning. i'll be going to church then get some sleep then visit the dentist in the afternoon then go to work again.

  i'm having a new direct manager, i call him just by his first name, we like to do some little spanish chit chats and i like calling him senyor julio. Senyor!!!!! whenever i see him. i've heard from a work friend that nobody wins a debate with him. well, i don't like arguing with people so it doesn't really matter. i wish he'd treat me like a baby like my two previous male bosses did. the previous boss was a female and she's very much caring and not bitchy.

  i think male bosses are better than female ones. why? because i said so. girls tend to be unpredictable, emotional and not strong enough.

  if i'd be boss someday, i think i'll act like a male boss, but not too bosy.
